Steam traps with ball float for removing condensate from steam, cold condensate or distillates without banking-up. We have stock products of ball float steam traps UNA Series Gestra with the following types. A Ball Float Steam Trap is a mechanical trap operating on the difference of density between steam and water. The mechanical principle of Ball Float Steam Trap is composed of an integral stainless steel Thermostatic Air Vent, Lever Mechanism, and Valve Seat. Condensate will be discharged once it reaches a certain level inside the Ball Float Steam Trap. Steam traps with ball float for removing condensate from steam, cold condensate or distillates without banking-up. The traps with the tried and tested rolling ball seal work with exceptionally low friction and therefore have very low actuating forces. They are durable and guarantee maximum tightness.

Internals made from corrosion-resistant stainless steels
UNA 14, 16, 45, 46, 38: Body can be easily repositioned to convert the flow direction from left to right or vice versa or to change to vertical flow.
UNA 45, 46 DN 40-65 optionally available with MAX controller for very large flowrates (conversion standard -> MAX controller not possible).
