Follow-up to customers
Managing all promotional and communication needs, both hard and softcopy
Making sales and sales materials marketing, for example: in making brochures, promotions, quotations correspondence with customers
Supporting tender administration when needed
Classifying and maintaining data
Entering data into the system
Making reports
