The SUNTEC AN oil pump is the entry-level model with a pressure regulator. Because it lacks a cut-off feature, air can be purge through the nozzle line.
APPLICATIONS
- Kerosene, light oil, and a B10 heating oil/biofuel blend (as described in DIN V51603-6).
- A one-pipe or two-pipe system is available.
- Hydraulic cut-off function and pressure regulator
PUMP OPERATING PRACTICES
Using the built-in filter, the gear set draws oil from the tank to the valve that regulates oil pressure in the nozzle line.
When the gear-set is installed with two pipes, all oil that does not pass through the nozzle line is bypassed through the valve back to the return line, or back to the suction port in the gear-set. It must be removed and replaced with a steel plug and washer in this case.
Bleed:
Two-pipe operation bleeding is automatic.
In order to bleed the system, a pressure port must be opened during one pipe installation.
In order to accelerate bleeding during the first start-up, it is possible to loosen the plug in a pressure gauge port.
