RTK Control Valve MV5351 PN 16 to PN 100 DN 40 to DN 150

Function

The steam pressure is reduced by a low noise perforated cone. The water is injected into the perforated cone from below and, depending on the valve stroke, the perforated cone blocks the outlet holes of the water injection pipe. This way the injected water is atomised effectively and independent of load. An injection nozzle is used instead of the injection pipe when the water flow is very low (kv = value of water atomisation under 0.45) and the seat diameter is less than 50 mm. The water has already completely evaporated and the steam has been cooled accordingly several metersbeyond the steam-converting valve. Several electric and pneumatic actuators are available to achieve the necessary operating force and speed
