Design and Specifications:

Double Offset Design is a design that produces a cam-like action in disc motion. This movement can prolong service life and reduce operating torque. This can happen because that cam-like action eliminates seat deformation and seat wear.
Seat Design:
- Soft Seat: Has a flexible design that retains its original shape and is self-energizing and maintains a seal on the disc regardless of the direction of flow.
- Fire Safe Seat: When tough material is partially or completely destroyed during or after fire, a backup metal seat ring provides a two-point contact seals in either direction of media flow.
- Metal Seat: It has very high sealing ability and low leakage rate due to its mechanical properties and the shape of the metal holder can maintain a fixed positive seal on the disc.
Special Applications:
- Vacuum: Standard delicate seat and fire safe seat valves are appraised for tight shut-off of vacuum to 1 mbar.
- Oxygen: Valves for basic vaporous oxygen administration are extraordinarily ready, cleaned, examined, gathered and tried to guarantee expulsion of all burrs, sharp edges, soil, hydrocarbon oil or oil and different impurities.
- NACE Service: Valves adjusting to NACE MR0175 and MR0103 are accessible. These valves are appropriate for oil and gas industry applications requiring safe materials to sulfide stress breaking.
- Steam: Valves are reasonable for immersed steam up to 14 bar for CL150 and up to 31 bar for CL300 with ULTRA seat (with seat temperature limits per pressure-temperature chart, and suitable pressing and seals to be picked in light of plan temperature conditions).
